New homes in Water Mill

Water Mill lies between Southampton and Bridgehampton on the South Fork, with farmland, ponds and ocean beaches in close reach. It is one of the calmer Hamptons hamlets, and remains within a short drive of Southampton village and the Bridgehampton shops.

Much of the character comes from what has been kept: open fields, retained planting, and lots where conservation easements limit how much ground a house may take.
