A glasshouse held to a disciplined grid, open to the light on every side.
Hands Creek is a glasshouse in the honest sense: a clear structural rhythm, generous glazing, and a plan that puts the landscape on both sides of every room.
The whole house is set out on a four-foot panel grid. That discipline never shows off; it appears as calm proportion, as walls that land where they should, and as a build that goes together cleanly.
Before drawing anything we spent time on the site with the sun: where it arrives in winter, where the trees shade in August, where a wall is worth more than a window. The plan follows those findings rather than a preferred image.
Permit filing is complete and construction is programmed to begin in the spring of 2027.

Tell us which home holds your attention. We share the current drawings, the specification and the programme, and keep you posted as the design settles.

We walk the land with you, or a finished Juno home nearby, and go through the plans together so you understand the rooms, the light and the materials.

A reservation holds the home while contracts are prepared with your attorney. Where the programme allows, you can shape finishes and layout with our designers.

You receive progress updates through construction, with photography and site visits at the right moments, so the home arrives familiar.

We complete, commission and hand over the home with a walkthrough and a manual, then stay available through the first year of living in it.

The drawings, structural package and energy model went in together as one set, one intent. Construction is programmed to begin in spring 2027.
March 2026
A winter of sun studies settled the plan: living rooms face south across the meadow, bedrooms hold the morning east, and service stays quietly to the north.
